AUTUMN || ROOTED & RADIANT YOGA & CREATIVITY

AUTUMN || AROMATHERAPY RESTORATIVE
Embrace the beauty of autumn with a deeply grounding workshop combining restorative yoga and the therapeutic power of essential oils. As the season encourages reflection and release, this session offers a cosy space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Restorative yoga and calming breathwork will guide you into deep rest, as seasonal aromatherapy—featuring warm, earthy scents, will enhance your sense of balance and inner calm.

We will explore the physical and emotional benefits of three individual essential oils. You will receive a blend of these oils to take with you. An afternoon of self-care to elevate your well-being.

WINTER || YOGA & SLEEP
An afternoon studio workshop combining information, yoga, meditation, relaxation and related practices. Discover your individual sleep type and how these simple techniques can help you to sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed. This session is for anyone (or anyone who has a friend or family member) that has difficulties either falling to sleep, staying asleep or waking up feeling refreshed.

As the year slows and the nights grow long, take a deeply nourishing journey into stillness and inner light. This workshop blends gentle restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of sound to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner warmth during midwinter.

Supported postures and soothing breath work create the perfect container for relaxation, while Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and gentle gong sounds guide you into a meditative state of profound rest and renewal. A safe, peaceful space to restore body, mind, and spirit.
