YOGA CLASSES

The Lotus Room is now open with a reduced timetable of small group classes to comply to current guidelines and ensure maximum space, attention and cleaning time in between. 

ON LINE COURSE MEMBERSHIP - spaces available

Subscription to the online course membership (£42 for 7 weeks) will be available as an ongoing resource for those that prefer to practice at home. You will receive access to the Course Members page which includes resources and information. You will also receive a new audio each week - a mindful Hatha Yoga practice. The weekly audio is available to access as many times as you wish and is updated every Tuesday morning. Please contact Lindsey for more information.

STUDIO/ON LINE COURSE MEMBERSHIP - waiting list

From week commencing 7 September subscription to the studio/online course membership (£49 for 7 weeks) will be available until class capacity increases and full studio courses are available to book. You will receive 6 studio vouchers and access to the Course Members page which includes resources and information.You will also receive a new audio practice each week - a mindful Hatha Yoga practice. The weekly audio is available to access as many times as you wish for a full week and is updated every Tuesday morning. Please contact Lindsey for more information.

STUDIO COURSE MEMBERSHIP - waiting list

INDIVIDUAL TUITION - limited availability

A personal class can be booked cost £42 course members/£45 non-course members for one hour. The class can be to address a specific area, develop a made to measure home practice or simply share a yoga practice.. Please contact Lindsey for more information.

DROP IN CLASSES - very limited studio availability

YOGA SESSION SCHEDULE 

Tuesdays 1100 - 1200
Hatha Yoga practice which combines breath and movement to balance strength and flexibility. Each session will conclude with deep relaxation.

This is an ongoing practice suitable for all levels.
