YOGA CLASSES

The Lotus Room is closed until further notice. When the studios open again there will be a range of classes and workshops. Group size will be limited to ensure maximum space and attention.

 

 

ONLINE COURSE MEMBERSHIP

Subscription to a course membership (£42 for 7 weeks) is available until the studio is open again. This includes access to the Course Members page which includes weekly resources and information. You will be able to join the private Facebook page, The Lotus Room and be invited to a weekly Zoom meeting to retain a sense of community. You will also receive a new complimentary audio practice each week -  a mindful Hatha Yoga practice to reflect the needs of the current time. YOGA

Tuesdays 1100 - 1200
Hatha Yoga practice which combines breath and movement to balance strength and flexibility. Each session will conclude with deep relaxation.

This is an ongoing practice suitable for all levels.
Please note courses are paused until further notice. In the meantime, anyone that has fully subscribed to the June/July course will receive a complimentary weekly audio class, shorter practices and meditation/relaxation. This will be renewed every Tuesday morning and can be accessed as many times as you wish.

MINDFUL ENERGY FLOW

Wednesdays 1830 - 1930
This slightly more energetic session will mindfully focus on strength and flexibility. Each session will conclude with a deep relaxation.

This is an ongoing practice suitable for those who have had some experience of yoga.
