EXCHANGE A BOOKED CLASS​​

There are several options and cost when booking a course or drop in session including in-studio, online audio, Zoom or a combination. There is also an online facility for course members to exchange classes, subject to availability.

All live classes are held via Zoom or at The Lotus Room.
