WELCOME TO THE LOTUS ROOM

The Lotus Room is a friendly sanctuary in the heart of Loughborough town centre, close to Junction 23 of the M1, and easily accessed by public transport. If you are travelling from further afield, there is a Travelodge conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the studio and 0.8 miles from Loughborough train station. There is nearby parking at The Rushes, Carillon Court, Granby Street and Beehive car parks. There is also some restricted parking on the streets nearby.

Arrive early for a prompt start and allow plenty of time before your first session if you are unsure of the location. When you arrive, come to the right hand side door as you face the building. Please make sure that the front door is closed behind you as you come in.

The studio is a shoe-free zone; it is centrally heated, but you may wish to bring a pair of warm socks. Please do not bring food and drink into the studio other than water in closed container.
