Each session is based around a theme and includes a live, guided meditation, simple teaching, discussion and practical mindfulness exercises. You will come away from the workshop feeling happier, calmer and clearer than when you arrived and take away the tools you need to continue that feeling of peace and joy going forward in your life.

MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH & WELLBEING

Devised by Julian Daizan Skinner, creator and founder of Zenways, this course combines simple but extremely effective techniques that have been tried and tested over centuries in the Zen tradition with recent scientific research into the benefits of mindfulness. Both meditation and mindfulness help you to develop the inner resources to cope with the challenges you face in life. This course is suitable if you want an introduction to meditation and also if you need to deal with particular stress-related problems.

This ancient Chinese, gentle, slow-motion movement and breathing system is suitable for all ages and abilities. Improve balance and co-ordination, breathing and circulation, strength and fitness, relaxation and harmony. No floor work.
