Course Fees

 

Full payment of fees must be received in advance of all new courses commencing in order to guarantee your place. Chandra Yoga is unable to offer a refund for any missed sessions. If you would like to change a class, you can use the online Lotus Room swap board to EXCHANGE A BOOKED CLASS up to 24 hours prior to your booked session. The passcode will be provided when you book a course or on request.

If you are going to be away for a few weeks but would like to keep your course place, please provide dates at least one week before the start of the course. You can book and pay for the sessions that you will attend ahead of the course at the drop-in rate of £10 per session to secure your place.

Workshop Fees

All workshops need to be booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, and with at
least one week's notice, the booking fee can be commuted to a future event. If the place cancelled later than one week before the event can be recycled, the booking fee can be commuted to a future event. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Retreat Fees

Deposits are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event of a late cancellation, retreat fees are not refundable unless the place can be transferred. A 10% admin fee will be applied to recycle the booking. It is recommended that you have adequate travel insurance.
