All courses are held at 1st-Floor Studio, 27-29 Biggin Street, Loughborough. Map.
Session numbers are limited to ensure that everyone receives optimum attention and guidance. Pre-booking is essential.
Courses run throughout the year and, although it is advisable to begin at the start of a course, it is possible to join mid-course (Advanced Yoga excluded).

Combining breath and movement to balance strength and flexibility. This is an ongoing practice suitable for all levels.
Cost is £27 for 6 weeks. TERM TIME ONLY.

This class is suitable for those that have been attending for at least a year.

Wednesday 3 Mar 2010 - Energy Flow
6:30-7:30pm
This energetic session will focus on strength and flexibility, and is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and are used to a reasonable level of physical activity. Be prepared for a warm work out! Each session will conclude with a well deserved deep relaxation.
Cost is £36 for 8 weeks.
